Pro Fitness wants to provide a viable method for increasing high school athletes’ opportunities to receive scholarships and college athletes to reach the pros. Roy wants all his athletes to reach their highest skill level possible through my state-of-the-art training information and training methods.
Pro Fitness #1 goal is to help athletes achieve their highest potential and reach their pinnacle of sports performance, raising the standard against which athletes is measured.
Pro Fitness focuses on speed and movement training enhancing all areas of athletic performance. Roy is a former collegiate athlete who knows what it takes to get to the next level! Roy trains athletes of all ages and sports, whether you place soccer, volleyball, baseball, basketball, softball, football or tennis. Pro Fitness has private sessions or group sessions called athletic bootcamps which are very intense! Understanding that movement transcends all sports, his comprehensive training methods are designed for the most effective approach combining optimal movement, speed, strength, power, balance, functional flexibility, trunk training, core stability, explosion and recovery to enhance athletic performance. All athletes will under tests to measure there skill level and will be re-evaluated often to track improvement and the skills needed to improve so they will be a better athlete!
