Our year round strength programs are filled with a variety of explosive movements, that will neurologically and physiologically emulate the demands of the baseball player.

Baseball Strength Performance is a baseball strength and conditioning program designed to train athletes in ways that directly translate to the movements performed on the field.

Baseball Strength Performance is a structured program uniquely designed to increase a baseball player’s arm strength, muscular strength, rotational power, mobility and stability, as well as injury prevention methods for in season or the off season.

Hopkins Baseball ENC Players will be taught proper nutrition for optimal performance. They will be tested and evaluated at the beginning and end of each phase to monitor progress. It’s important not to confuse Throwing and Pitching – throwing is NOT pitching! Pitchers must learn to throw first and pitch second; indeed, this cycle of learning will continue every off-season! Pitchers should go into the off-season with the intent of primarily improving their throwing-related ability and then transferring that ability to the mound.

Great gym equipment! It's a good place to workout with your athletic teams for school or travel ball. Power Core 360 and the RMT clubs are great for golf, tennis, or baseball. The staff is very friendly and have great prices!
