POWERCORE360 PERFORMANCE TRAINING

Do you want to swing with more power, throw with more velocity, stronger CORE and stay injury free in the core region?
This tool is the best rotation tool for any rotational sport such as Volleyball, Tennis, Swimming, Lacrosse, Golf, Softball and Baseball.

Using Powercore360 equipment and training drills, athletes are training their specific sports movement mechanics, while at the same time strengthen the specific muscles responsible for making movement happen with greater power & speed. The PC360 Torso Harness is critical to improve the mobility & stability of the turn of the shoulders. Hip & shoulder separation provides 80% of the power for hitting & throwing.

WeckMethod training creates a better athletic foundation to improve movement and performance. RMT Clubs combine innovative movements and specialized training to enhance the body’s vertical and rotational movements improving body mechanics, functional strength and athletic balance.

WeckMethod teaches that “balance” is more than “not falling down.” It’s about balancing both sides of your body, balancing strength and coordination, balancing power and efficiency, and balancing athletic movement with proper body alignment.

Great gym equipment! It's a good place to workout with your athletic teams for school or travel ball. Power Core 360 and the RMT clubs are great for golf, tennis, or baseball. The staff is very friendly and have great prices!

Great gym, always get a good workout in. A lot of equipment, including some I’ve never seen before. Awesome and friendly trainers! Highly recommend coming here to get that toned-summer body!
